ADULTS ONLY PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
All courses at Salt Training Limited are offered flexibly with course start times starting at 09.30 to enable busy parents the time to complete the school run. All programmes are one day a week in attendance with additional remote work to be completed.
Master Class in Multi-trade & Property Development
This programme is for candidates who have little trade experience, DIY enthusiast, aspiring property developers and property maintenance workers who want to learn from industry specialist on how best to complete construction projects, this programme is for you.
Level One in Multi-trade & Property Development
This programme is for candidates who have already completed both the ‘Advanced/Master class in Multi trades & Property Development’ programmes who wish to take their skills to the next stage by gaining an accredited qualification recognised within industry.
L2 NVQ Diploma in Multi-trades Refurbishments, Building Maintenance & Property Development
This qualification enables the learner, to recognise their skills, knowledge and understanding as well as demonstrating their competence in the workplace when carrying out the role of Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Operations. You will gain a full NVQ qualification and will be a qualified Plasterer enabling you to gain a skilled worker CSCS card.
Level Two Diploma in Multi-trades Refurbishments, Building Maintenance & Property Development
This programme is for candidates who already hold a level one accredited qualification and want to gain a formal level two accredited qualification that is recognised in industry, preparing them for a full NVQ. Building maintenance workers, caretakers and property developers will all benefit from the completion of
this programme.
